MyStay - Chambre double Porto Batalha avec terrasse

Where the photos promise more than reality delivers Positive: Location and fast check-in Negative: The room clearly needs renovation. There is visible mold on the walls (shown in the attached photo), and the floorboard in the bathroom is swollen. The bed linen was not completely clean, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. Room 001, which is located next to the kitchen, has very poor sound insulation. Conversations from the kitchen could be heard very clearly in the room, which was disturbing late at night (around midnight) and made it difficult to sleep. The kitchen itself is a kitchen in name only. There were no cutlery at all (not even a single piece). The refrigerator does not work properly and starts making a loud whining noise shortly after being turned on. There is also no kettle – only a microwave and a coffee machine (but you need to bring your own coffee capsules). Compared to the entrance area of the property and the photos shown on the website, the experience was very disappointing. The Wi-Fi practically does not work, or you have to stand in a very specific spot in the room for it to connect.

Belle chambre mais reste des choses à améliorer Positive: L emplacement central , la propreté de la chambre, la facilité d accès avec les digicodes. Mention spéciale pour la bouteille d'eau à notre arrivée.🙏 Le confort de la literie est un plus des oreillers de qualité👍 Negative: Le petit-déjeuner quelqu'un dans les commentaires à parler d'un kit de survie effectivement je confirme un sachet kraft accroché à côté de la porte d'entrée avec deux briques de jus de fruits 2 briques de lait des petits gâteaux portugais deux dosettes de café soluble deux sachets de thé deux boules de pain deux portions individuelles de beurre miel et Nutella et.2 pommes. La lumière sur la terrasse qui illumine toute la chambre à coucher malgré le rideau Thierry difficile de trouver le sommeil... Les casiers à bagages payant 2,50 € de l'heure 🤬🤬

Overall very satisfied Positive: I thought it was fantastic value for money and had great additional amenities that looked clean (usually they're not) Negative: I was nervous that my room was on the ground floor next to the social / kitchen space. I was concerned that it would be really noisy with people come in and out of the property and that room but it wasnt too bad - I wonder if it would be a lot worse when the place is fully booked. I also wanted to flag that water damage within the bathrrom - lots of damage to the wood floor from the shower. Didnt really impact the stay but really does need to be repaired.

Buena ubicación, precio y comodidad Positive: Es un hotel para dejar las cosas y ponerte a ver la ciudad ya que está cerca de sitios turísticos para ver. Además, de precio está genial y la cama es muy cómoda Negative: El suelo del baño, que es de madera, estaba un negro por la zona pegada a la ducha. Y cuando entrabas en la habitación había un olor un poco a humedad (si no era ese olor y era un ambientador, yo cambiaría de ambientador)
