MyStay - Porto Batalha camera doppia nel centro storico

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung, aber in Porto gibt es für den Preis definitiv bessere Unterkünfte. Positive: Sehr gute Lage inmitten der Stadt. Negative: Sehr hellhörig, Check-In komplett digital und ohne Kontakt zu Personal; digitales Türschloss unseres Zimmers hat zwischenzeitlich gehakt; Frühstück fiel gänzlich aus aufgrund von schlechter Kommunikation (allerdings haben wir hierfür eine Rückerstattung erhalten)

A terrible choice even for a night! Positive: Only the location ... Close to Sao Bento station and city center Negative: There was no one to reach out to. Customer service timing are from 8am to half past midnight and yet no one picked up the calls at any time we called, even one time at 7:30pm getting a message 'we are closed'. Water was leaking in the bathroom from the ceiling right onto the commode. There was no access to the pantry to get a plate and spoon to eat the food we had picked up. You don't get a full day for the money spent, with checkin at 4pm and check out at 12noon. All in all, a place if you want to just spend the night, but not for the price it's at. The breakfast was in adequate with a few bread rolls a couple of cup cakes and some preservatives.

Positive: La rapidez en las respuestas a las consultas Negative: Si bien pude entrar un poco antes a dejar las cosas a la habitación, el check-in es muy tarde (16:00) y no tienes donde dejar tus cosas si llegas temprano. Existen algunos casilleros gratis en el lugar pero son pocos y estaban ocupados, me imagino que por los pasajeros que hicieron su check-out y las dejaron ahí para pasar a buscarlas más tarde.

Positive: Una buena ubicación, las camas eran muy cómodas y también estaba todo muy limpio.
