Disappointing
Positive: Location
Negative: It is located in a very hilly street and cars cannot access it. There is no front desk and only you can contact with a person via chat. At the end, they cannot help at all. Very impersonal and not friendly at all.

Positive: Localização ser muito perto do centro
Negative: A casa de banho está a precisar de manutenção.
A localização ser numa rua "duvidosa". Quando chegamos estavam toxicodependentes a preparar a dose nas escadas perto do edificio

Sai dali muito estressdo da proximo nao vou no my stay.
Positive: Ambinte limpo bem situado
Negative: Pessimo muita falta de respeito pelos clientes
Desligavam se energia antes da hora de check out
Con o cliente no quarto energia foi se e a gente ficou no escuro sem agua quente nem nada tivemos que sair mesmo antes da hora.
Deviam ter mais respeito e consideração com os clientes.

Sans fenêtre, et sans lumière.
La notion de balcon est toute relative. 4m² donnant sur 3 murs sombres.
Le petit déjeuner en boite plastique. Il arrive tard, et ressemble plus a un kit de survie qu'à un petit déjeuner. Même si la v ariété des produits est correcte

Negative: Non funzionava ventola bagno- saltava luce - non funzionava ascensore con stanza al 4 piano. Poco spazio in stanza per le valigie e armadio inesistente
