MyStay - Quarto duplo superior Porto Batalha

Positive: L'emplacement Negative: L'ascenseur qui fait défaut et on est au 4e étage, oreillers pas confortable, déjeuner basic et difficile d'obtenir un café quand on est au 4e et pas d'ascenseur!

Very poor service all round. Positive: Terrible, I did not receive a passcode before the trip to get into the property. I had to spend time trying to get hold of customer service, which was not very helpful. The first impression was truly awful, and I do not think I will ever use MyStay ever again. Negative: The WiFi was awful and weak, the water pressure was awful, and one day we had no water. We were worried every day after that about whether we would have water. No bins for the rubbish, room service you had to ask for via a slow QR code, and they didn't even bother to give us clean sheets. Poor service all around.

Positive: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Super kontakt ze strony gospodarzy. Tylko jedna noc, spełnił moje oczekiwania.

Everything was great, clean and modern. Will definitely come back
