Para una noche no esta mal Positive: La terraza no estaba mal, no son las mejores vistas pero se estaba bien, la habitación era pequeña pero linda, con aire acondicionado. Negative: El inodoro de nuestro baño privado perdía agua, el "desayuno incluido" era una caja con cosas de súper como café de sobre, Zumo de caja, pan individual en bolsa, no habia ni cubertería ni leche para el cafe. No vimos mas personal en el hotel que las chicas de la limpieza, y cuando habia algún problema no teníamos con quién contactar mas que la IA del chat de booking, ya que al telefono solo nos respondieron una vez y no solucionaron nada.

Find somewhere else to stay

We decided to stay here based on all of the reviews. I'm jealous of the stay they had. Upon arrival, there is no one at the hotel, so don't plan on speaking with anyone. They have 6 small lockers to keep your stuff if you're there early. Of course all of them were full, so we had to reach out using the message QR code provided at the front door (don't waste your time with the WhatsApp contact attempt - no one will ever respond). After finally hearing back, we were told to take our items to the train station for storage. We ended up running into house cleaning and they told us they could put it in our room for us, so after having to reach out and wait, again, this option was finally agreed to. Since we had time until they would officially let us in our room, we decided to purchase hop on, hop off bus tickets through the app. We didn't receive any type of confirmation, so again, we had to reach out to the front desk messaging system. We were told to take the receipt from the app and show them that we had paid. Of course this wasn't enough for the tour bus company, so we had to reach out to the messaging app once again. After waiting a couple of hours, we were informed that there was an error and we would need to buy the tickets directly from the tour bus company. As we were wasting our day waiting for a response, we were able to get into our room. Suddenly we had no power. After reaching out, AGAIN, we were told to use the electrical panel in the hall to gain power while they waited for maintenance to come by. We would have power for maybe 5 minutes, and if we turned on anything, it would go out again. After hours of no power, we asked the "front desk" when this would be resolved and were told it wouldn't be while we were there. We were then offered to stay at a sister property, but after looking into that property, the rooms are even smaller and have issues with flooding from old pipes. Why would we want to go from one building with issues to another? So we decided to stay with our existing reservation, without power for 3 days. In addition, the lock at the front of the building broke, so the door had to remain open the entirety of our stay, without any person there to ensure no one came into the building that shouldn't be there. We were never offered any compensation or true solution for what happened during our stay. While the location is favorable, that is all this hotel has going for it. I've been to old hotels all over Europe and this was one of the worst by far. I understand things happen, but they didn't seem to care about the inconvenience to our stay.
