Boa estadia. Positive: Muito perto da estação de comboios Porto São Bento, embora uma grande subida por escadas. Muito perto do centro e da ponte D. Luís, Embora não muito grande o espaço é agradável e limpo, porporciona uma boa estadia. Negative: Não sei se foi um problema pontual mas o quadro da luz foi bastantes vezes abaixo. Foram prestáveis na tentativa de resolução mas tinhamos de estar sempre a reiniciar o quadro no corredor.

Vale bem o custo. Negative: Devia haver 2 almofadas por pessoa. O edredom neste tempo é dispensável.

Positive: The view from the balcony was really nice. It was close to everything We stayed by the port the entire day. It is next to a train station you can use for day trips to Braga. Negative: There was no iron in the room.

Disappointing Stay Despite Early Check-In Positive: We were allowed to check in early Negative: The only positive aspect of our stay was that we were allowed to check in two hours early. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was quite disappointing. The hotel is located downhill in an area where most cab drivers refuse to go, which meant we had to carry our luggage all the way there ourselves. Upon arrival, we found the room to be quite cramped—it was difficult to even open our suitcases comfortably. One major issue was with the electricity in the apartment. It first went out while I was in the middle of taking a shower, which was extremely inconvenient. When we contacted customer support, they asked us to go outside to the electrical box and reset all the switches manually. While that temporarily resolved the issue, the power outage happened seven times during our one-night stay, making the entire experience stressful and uncomfortable. Although customer support claimed it was a rare issue, our experience proved otherwise. To make matters worse, the bathroom was not properly cleaned—the wall had visible hairs on it, and the exhaust fan did a poor job of ventilating the space, leaving unpleasant odors lingering. Overall, we would not recommend this property due to the combination of cleanliness issues, repeated power failures, and logistical difficulties with its location.

Location perfect for a short stay Positive: Central location. Close to bars restaurants and 10 mins walk to the river Negative: The electrics cut out and we contacted them to let them know. She told us to go to the switchboard and turn off and turn on again. Also the cooker hood light was on constantly. We couldn’t find a switch to turn it off. Eventually we located a plug inside a cupboard above the hood. The first night it was in all night which wasn’t good.
